Please note that a reminder text will be sent on the day prior to booked appointments. This reminder text is not a reminder to cancel an appointment and in the event that it is utilised to do so then the full cost of the treatment shall remain payable. No future appointment will be offered or may be booked until any outstanding treatment cost is settled in full.  In the event of two consecutive booked appointments being cancelled no further appointments will be offered due to the extremely high demand for appointments.  In the event of failure to attend a booked session then the full cost shall remain payable and no further appointments may be booked until the balance is settled in full.  Please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any further queries.
